For Equal Pay Day we developed a social media campaign that made no sense at all. We posted images only showing 82% of a headline to show people how only getting 82% of something makes no sense. Just like women getting paid 82 cents to the dollar of what men make. We also partnered up with an influencer that delivered a financial lesson, but would cut her sentences before finishing them. The responses from people were immediate.
